Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage - Several different modalities of massage, tools and pressure are used to mobilize soft body tissues including muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments with an outcome of easing muscle tension, better range of motion, and promoting relaxation.
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) - is a cosmetic treatment that uses fine needles to create tiny skin punctures, boosting collagen and elastin production. This enhances skin texture and tone and reduces lines, scars, and other imperfections.
